Designed for 1935/36 fords w/4” forged dropped axle and 1” dropped shackles w/stud. To run the earlier style covered shock/helmet shocks. Will also fit up to 1940 ford, but will not except factory 1940 panhard bar. Bolts to factory frame shock mount holes. Also accepts non-covered style shocks. cc-3031
