Robin's Plantain (Erigeron Pulchellus)  Height, Spread: 1-2 ft for both Water/Soil: Average-dry, well-drained, rocky,  Light: Partial shade- Full sun (some shade preferred)  Bloom: Spring-summer, white, lavender, or pink, daisy-like flowers Native Range: Eastern North America Qualities: Attractive to pollinators, NC Native Notes: Biennial wildflower commonly found in medium to high moisture mixed forests, rocky slopes, roadsides, and woodland margins. It is very common in the Mountain region and somewhat common in the Piedmont region of NC. It is found sporadically in eastern NC. It is attractive to pollinators and spreads via stolons. Best used as a groundcover in a partially sunny area, in naturalized areas, or border gardens.
