They are both the same length, and fit 1961, 1962, 1963 and 1964 F-Series trucks, and 1965-66 F-350 thru F-600 trucks. They are made out 14 gauge steel. We also carry the Cab to Frame Pad Kit (not for Unibody trucks) (C1TZ-5400-S) fits 1961-64.
