If you purchase an add-on donation card then that number will increase the donation amount! $3.00 add-on purchase for a $5.00 donation card $8.00 add-on purchase for a $10.00 donation card  $18.00 add-on purchase for a $20.00 donation card  $28.00 add-on purchase for a $30.00 donation card  $48.00 add-on purchase for a $50.00 donation card  The recipient of your gift will receive a small card with an updated donation amount based on your purchase. 100% of the revenue from add-on donation cards will be donated by Care Crates to the nonprofit beneficiary.
