TASTING NOTES CHAMOMILE | SWEET LEMON | NECTARINE After being harvested by farmers in the Yirgacheffe Coffee Farmers Cooperative Union (YCFCU), these beans take approximately two weeks to be washed, dried, and then screened for size consistency before being sent to us for roasting. The farmers of the YCFCU are dedicated to producing exceptional quality, and hand-sort to ensure only the very best product moves forward in the milling process. They also prioritize giving back to their community, as demonstrated by their recent renovations at a local school. Organic and sustainably sourced, our Yirgacheffe roast has a balanced blend of fruity and floral tasting notes. To enhance this light roast's bright acidity, we love brewing it in a ceramic dripper or Chemex with a paper filter!
