You can add your own round 4" speakers by choosing the Audio(no speaker) - Raw(unfinished) option.  Note: To use this trim kit, you must still have the stock Ford plastic B-pillar covers. You should install trim pieces before ceiling or wall finished panels for a seamless finished look.
