Slate

This classic Slate clapper board, also known as a dumb slate, clapboard, film clapper, film slate, movie slate, or production slate, is used to assist in the synchronizing of picture and sound, and to designate and mark various scenes/takes. Made of white acrylic designed to be used with dry erase markers, the slate uses standard-size color clapper sticks to provide visual and audio sync points.
