Broccoli Waltham is a classic heirloom variety and is considered, by many, to be the best broccoli variety in the world. Broccoli Waltham matures extremely quickly and it produces a head much faster than most other broccoli varieties.  open-pollinated and it has a long history dating back to the 1950s.
