  Acrylic on wood, 8” x 10.75”, routed edge frame to 8.75” x 11.5” Like most artists, I grew up getting in trouble for the art I created on my parents' floors, walls and furniture. It didn’t help that I signed everything so I wasn’t able to blame my siblings. By the time I hit second grade, I became a tattoo artist for my classmates in spite of inadequate, under-the-table pay and their being forced to bathe. I like to think of it as my first paying gig.
