Kacey Musgraves - Pageant Material

The follow-up to her Grammy-winning album debut Thirteen new songs including "Biscuits" Grammy-winning country artist Kacey Musgraves returns with Pageant Material, her follow-up to the 2013 smash album Same Trailer Different Park. Pageant Material, is at least in part "a reference to criticism over a bored-looking frown she was caught making on camera" when she lost to Miranda Lambert for Female Vocalist of the Year at the 2013 CMA Awards, writes Fader. This album title is ironic, Kacey says, because she doesn't feel like she fits into that Pageant Material mold.
