About this Piece This listing is for a hand crafted Salem Witch Mug mug featuring the word "Salem" and 1692 is outlined with 22K gold luster. There is a hand sculpted witch hat thumb rest with 22k gold accent. Red, orange and yellow flames are painted around the entire bottom. The hand carved text on the back says "They missed one" This one also features a small hand sculpted broom at the bottom outside of the handle. Size 3.5" Diameter x 5.5" Height (to the top of the hat) Weight 15 oz Volume 17 oz Materials White Stoneware Clay for functional pottery and lead free glazes. How it's Made Each piece is made by me, Lindsay Keating in my studio in southeastern PA. I throw each piece on the pottery wheel, trim it, sculpt any additional elements such as a handle/make any alterations, carve and/or paint by hand, glaze and fire it twice.
