#56 DISCOUNTED/FLAWED The Pumpkin Ghost Bandit Jack o'lantern

Discounted This dude's stem blew off in the kiln. But I didn't want to lose him! So my solution was making little ceramic ghosts and adhering them to the stem with ceramic glue. There's also a little bubble above the left eye and the glaze crawled on the right/back side - see last photos. *All jack o'lanterns are open at the bottom so they can sit over a LED light. How it's Made Each piece is made by me, Lindsay Keating in my studio in southeastern PA. I throw each piece on the pottery wheel, trim it, sculpt any additional elements such as a handle/make any alterations, carve and/or paint by hand, glaze and fire it twice.
