Walk your pets without having to hold onto a leash.  The SPEED BELT can be snapped around your waist or chest.  Hook your own leash or the 5 foot latex bands to the swivel to walk your dogs.   The swivel keeps the bands or leashes from tangling.   The stretch of the bands actually make your dogs work harder than a nylon leash.  As the band stretches, the dog works harder to move away from you.  After 5 feet or so, the tension brings the dog back to the original walking position.  Small dogs (25 lbs and less) - GRAY Large dogs (30- 150 lbs) - BLACK
