The Ghost House ~ Throughout history, within almost every community, there is that one place - a lone structure, abandoned lodgings, derelict dwelling, cabin on the outskirts - known more for it's frightening stories than anything else. Perhaps it was the one-time strange inhabitants or maybe it was the ground itself - tinged with ancient suffering and rage - or maybe it was the unexplainable plumes of smoke spilling forth from the chimney that cast foreboding images into the otherwise darkness. Regardless, Cloven has - at the very least - one such place. But for this Ghost House, it is nothing quite so wicked. It was a thriving homestead once.
