Old Hickory Hunting Knife--"Grade B"

For decades people have been using Old Hickory knives as outdoors tools, despite their intention as industrial culinary and butchers' knives. Finally, Ontario has embraced this off-label usage and designed a knife in the Old Hickory line for just such applications. A short butcher-style clip-point blade combined with their usual walnut handle, brass cutler's rivets, and an economical leather sheath, this is a sweet little bargain of a hunting and camping knife that's sure to please. Knife made in USA, sheath made in China. The only thing wrong with this example is a slight bend in the blade.If selecting the Special Grade option we will thin and refine the factory edge.
