Beef New York Kabobs - Multiple Sizes Available These tender pieces of Beef New York Steak are cut in approximately 1-inch cubes; they make incredible skewers, but are also great just cooked on their own or slice them up for a fantastic stir fry! As these are smaller pieces of New York, we recommend taking extra care to make sure they are still around medium-rare to medium when fully cooked; just a quick sear on all sides usually does the trick. Most packs are ready to use as they are, but sometimes may require a little additional cutting to make all pieces even in size.  New Yorks are a great all-around steak; they are equally suited to a pan or the grill, made a great stir fry, and are fantastic for steak & eggs in the morning!
