If the item is melted the product is still good to use.  If your area is used to higher temperatures (95+ please keep in a cool dry place out of the sunlight) This balm features locally-sourced tallow from grass-fed, grass-finished cows and is not intended for use as a scented product. Its unique blend of potent herbs and oils, including Alma, Gotu Kola, Ginger, Basil, and Shatavari, sets it apart from other products in the market. The oils of Rice bran, Camelina, and meadowfoam are carefully infused with the highest grade of Frankincense Ferrara, providing a deep and powerful experience. To maintain its quality, each 1 oz is packed in a dark glass jar and should be stored away from extreme temperatures.
