This ECU Test Kit/Engine Simulator is the complete package you need to test, diagnose and repair Honda OBD1 ECUs. Burton Racing has developed this kit to be complete with brand new wiring harness and power adapter. This simulator is enclosed in a plastic housing to insulate the system from a table top surface as well as provide additional protection of the control systems.  This simulator supplies inputs and outputs of various functions needed for the ECU to simulate engine running conditions.
