From the artist: "Iconography here consists of representations of things I have collected and cherished over a lifetime. A table that belonged to my mother, an Asian bronze urn, green with age from another house I owned in Norfolk, and a generic dog symbolizing contentment. I am a devotee of Heydenryk frames and this impressive frame circa 1960 seemed to continue the fantasy of the painted panel."
