Black Swan's Wet-Or-Dry PVC Cement - Medium is a blue, medium bodied, extremely fast set, very high strength PVC solvent cement used to join PVC pipe and fittings. For all classes and schedules of pipe and fittings through 6" diameter; schedule 80 through 4" diameter. Wet-Or-Dry PVC Cement is specially formulated for applications where conditions are very wet or very quick pressurization is desired.
