New configuration with new Polycarbonate case! The Dryer Buddy Plus #19 is a 2-way switcher based on the original Dryer Buddy #19 It allows you to share your dryer outlet with your EVSE. Only one outlet is live at a time, by default it’s the dryer outlet (14-30 on the left) with a flip of the illuminated rocker switch power is toggled to the EVSE outlet only. Designed so other members of the house don’t accidentally start the dryer while you’re charging your EV. Great for apartment dwellers, temp housing or an easy hookup at a friend’s/relatives house. This Dryer Buddy is a Triple Play with two NEMA 14-30 outlets on the face and a NEMA 6-20 outlet on the side. The right outlet on the Dryer Buddy is a local convenience outlet. It is a NEMA 14-30 (other outlets available by request) and is part of the EVSE circuit and works the same as the EVSE outlet on the side, but may be wired as an always-on outlet upon request or connected to the Dryer outlet sensing circuit upon request.
