Neoregelia 'Fire on Deck' is a very attractive Hybrid of unknown parentage although it is listed in the registry as a "cv. of obvious olens parentage". Sporting intense bright red spotting on a yellow -green background with red leaf tips, 'Fire on Deck', can get much larger than olens. Reaching on average from 12" – 16" across at maturity.
