Disc Sander Attachment
ABRASIVE DISC NOT INCLUDED SOLD SEPERATELY The Disk Sander Attachment utilizes a sanding belt to drive a precision ground 9-inch disk plate. It comes with a mounting bracket, drive wheel, 9-inch plate, and all the necessary hardware. Sandpaper and adhesive are not included. The disk sander attachment can be purchased as an attachment only to be used with the platen D plate or can be purchased with a Quick Change Accessory Arm. A variable speed drive system is required for this attachment. The disk sander attachment must not be operated above a setting of 40 on the KB VFD to avoid exceeding the ball bearings’ maximum rated speed. Bolt Together Kit or Powder Coated & Assembled: Bolt Together Kit: The kit arrives as an unassembled unpainted kit. You can finish the steel however you would like. Powder Coated and Assembled: This option arrives powder coated blue and 98% assembled. The aluminum arm will have to be bolted to the Quick Change Arm Bracket. Use assembly instructions here.
