If graded, I'd say this book is between a 6.0-7.0. Front cover has some wear and tear. Some spine ticks/scuff marks around spine and damage on lower part of spine. Chipping around top right hand corner of cover. Back cover has a small "stain" on bottom left hand side. Provided picture to show top corners of actual pages inside book have some chipping as well.
