
Wheat Pizza/Calzone Dough
The perfect pizza starts with an amazing crust and this one is fantastic!!! If you've never made calzones, give it a try; use my recipe or let everyone create their own. NEEDED TO COMPLETE: Water - 1 cup (110°-120°F) Olive Oil - 1 1/2 tbsp Yeast - Measure 1 1/2 tsp from enclosed packet BREAD MACHINE DIRECTIONS (1 1/2 lbs): Add ingredients to bread machine pan in order suggested by manufacturer (see machine's instruction booklet). Set machine on Dough cycle. Press START. Remove dough at end of cycle. MIX BY HAND DIRECTIONS: In a bowl stir the yeast into the flour mixture; mix well. Stir in very warm water and olive oil. When completely mixed, turn out onto floured surface and knead slightly, adding 1-2 tbsp flour as needed until the dough is no longer sticky. Place in oiled bowl and cover with plastic wrap.
