A classic homemade soup!!! NEEDED TO COMPLETE: Water or Chicken Broth - 2 C. Cooked Chicken, diced - 3 C.   Empty the soup mix into a large stock pot or Dutch oven.  Stir in water/broth.  Bring to a boil; cover and reduce heat to a simmer.  Simmer for 15 minutes.  Remove Bay Leaf. Stir in diced chicken and simmer 5 minutes longer.          Makes 5-6 servings. This soup pairs nicely with my Cornmeal Yeast Bread or Country White Bread.   Ingredients: Amish made egg noodles, low-fat/low-sodium chicken bouillon, pepper, thyme, celery seed, garlic, bay leaf, onion.   ALSO AVAILABLE IN SINGLE SERVING SIZE.
