The Bristol is an easy to build and affordable option for those looking to build a small modern cabin or guest house. Unlike many modern houses, this floor plan is designed to be very simple to build, without complicated details or non-standard components which helpskeep the construction costs down. The welcoming front porch offers a shaded location to enjoy the outdoors. An unique offset mono-slope roof allows for a set of dramatic clerestory windows that flood the living room and kitchen with natural light. An optional woodstove adds appeal for colder climates.  Foundation Note: For basement foundations, stair is shown per plan. You can use our flat rate modification service to layout out the basement interior. Slab and crawlspace foundation orders will omit the staircase (opening up the living room for more space).
