CSA box contents, June 20, 2025 (Contents subject to change) : Lettuce Snow peas Cipollini onions Baby Beets Arugula Mustard greens salad mix Radishes Bok choi Zucchini  Our CSA boxes of locally-grown vegetables can be ordered by the week, or click here in the winter/spring to subscribe to a full season for a discounted price. We grow all the produce ourselves (sometimes supplementing from other local or organic farms in case of crop failure) and use better-than-organic practices to grow it!  Everything in the CSA box is harvested fresh that week, and most of it is harvested the day before pickup.  Sign up for our email list so you know what will be in next week's CSA box so you can pre-order then, too.  For pickup come to our store in Beloit, 950 Wisconsin Ave (Fri 3p-6p/Sat 10a-6p/Sun 10a-2p)  Every Tuesday you can check in with our Facebook page to see what produce will be in that week's box!   Note: Boxes not picked up within the pickup window will be donated and are not refund
