Once the shirt is out of my hands and with USPS, you will need to contact USPS regarding your order. If the package is lost you will need to contact USPS to file a claim with them.    There are times when certain shirt colors may be sold out and I am unable to get it, if this happens I will send you a message. We can either wait until the color is back in stock or I can refund you.  If there is an issue with your shirt that is out of your control, email me and I will get it fixed!
