It's 20's. The lace has imperfections impossible to photograph each one but pretty normal for a piece this old. The lace alone is worth a lot but I didn't want to cut it. The lining is tearing and the lace has some holes here and there but it doesn't distract. I made this for my show but it was too large. It is a medium /l
