Very composed. The palate is medium-bodied with fine tannins, a little sturdier than the Cuvée Corcelette. There’s fine grip toward the finish with a persistent peppery aftertaste. Be patient."  Winemaker Notes:  "Serious minerality, with earthy stone and plum notes.
