
Canopus "The Maple" 5.5" x 14" Snare
It's tough to find a used example of this drum because no one wants to sell it! In this case, the original owner had two of them in different finishes. This model currently goes for $804.75 new. This drum features eight chrome lugs and diecast hoops. The finish is Natural Oil. The shell is 5.5" (depth) x 14" (diameter). The condition is very good. The drum has been played, so expect minor cosmetic signs of use. The chrome isn't perfect but should clean up nicely. There's some rimshot rash on the batter hoop as pictured. Everything works and the drum sounds great. Wires and resonant head are original, while the batter head is an Evans UV1 with plenty of life left.
