LS Next2 427 Cubic Inch Shortblock for Big Boost

This is the last stop before going to a billet block. In fact, that's exactly the path that the owner of the car in the video took. He rang up 2,740 horsepower to the wheels with this combination. He then moved up to one of our billet block builds and bigger turbos for even more power as shown below.   Parts Lists Dart LS Next 2 iron block Callies Ultra Billet crankshaft Callies Ultra Enforcer connecting rods Custom Diamond pistons Calico coated Clevite bearings The Dart LS Next2 block uses 1/2" head and main studs in order to provide much higher clamping force.  We will machine for larger lifters upon request. The block is available with or without skirts.  We generally stock the skirted version, but are showing the unskirted here for a good look at the mains.  At this power level, most choose to go with Jesel belt drives and we will machine the block to accept these if you are going that direction.  A range of other options are available as well including the Dart LS Next2 alum
