This is a mail in service. You will need to remove your CAS Unit from your vehicle and mail it to us. If you have a failed CAS unit due to hardware issues, we can clone the data onto a replacement CAS unit. You will need to supply us a replacement CAS unit. Alternatively, we can provide a replacement unit for you.
