This slightly sweet, fluffy loaf has loads of airy layers and a soft, buttery salted crust. It is melt-in-your mouth delicious! Fun Fact: Our brioche takes two days to make and is actually six mini-loaves that adhere to each other during the proofing/baking process. Instead of slicing this bread, you can just tear off a thick, yummy portion. Also, it makes excellent breakfast sandwiches and tastes delicious with chicken salad.
