The table is a magical place. It transcends languages, cultures, and religions. It’s a place to come together, to share, and to enjoy. For as long as I can remember, I’ve wanted to set a table that felt safe, welcoming, and warm.   The world of craft beer can be intimidating for many, myself included. The Greats of Craft (GoC) was borne from a desire to create something centered around exploring new experiences collaboratively. Friends and family came together to help build the literal and figurative foundations of our shop. Still to this day, you’ll likely run into a family member working behind the bar or a close friend starting the day with a cup of coffee or enjoying a drink in the evening. I’ve always admired artists and creatives who are passionate about their work, and I wanted GoC to also represent artisans and entrepreneurs who have taken the same leap of faith as I did.
