Partially Restored Black Velvet 50s Ring Style Hat

Soft black velvet in a perfect ring. I can't imagine anything better for a sophisticated witch. I carefully ironed out the original two layers of netting. I added both pumpkin and purple colored rhinestones in a sparkling sprinkle across the netting, framing your face with an occasional flash of light, as it should be. I left the original netting partially ripped to give it that post apocalyptic feel - a little bit ragamuffin. Meant to be worn at a jaunty angle.
