US Armor HVC Carrier Because US Armor's sizing specifications change from time to time, we strongly suggest that these concealable carriers should only be purchased to match existing ballistic panels. Without doing this, we have found that all too often the sizes will be off and not match the panels they were intended for. If at all possible, please enter the serial numbers of your US Armor ballistic panels in the fields provided above to ensure a perfect fit. The HVC interior area is constructed with a Wikaway® moisture management system. This fabric allows moisture to be 'wicked away' from the skin and into the fabric, greatly enhancing officer comfort and decreasing heat stress. This carrier is to be used with US Armor Enforcer vests.  When ordering the HVC Carrier make sure you have already purchased one of the Enforcer Vests and order a similar size to what US Armor vest you own.
