Gold Medal at San Francisco World Spirits Competition 2016. Rich honey in color, this rye is spicy on the nose, with distinct notes of black pepper, cedar and cassia bark sweetened with a dusting of marzipan. Hints of pear, apple and almond come through as well. On the palate, clove, mint, molasses and honey mingle together with hints of apple and malt. Long and sweetly spiced finish.
