Empower No Wipe Top Coat

Empower No Wipe Top coat offers an extreme shine and durable finish to your Luminary Multi Flex manicure. This system is available in the following sizes and kits: 10ml bottle 30ml refill (be sure to grab a squeeze cap and a refill pot) The Multi Flex gel cures in a LED lamp as directed below: (UV lamp, 2 minute cure per layer) Luminary colors: thin layers require a 30 second cure and builder layers require a 60 second cure. Empower No Wipe Shiny top coat is a 60 second cure. Empower Matte No Wipe top coat is a 30 second cure.  Due to the nature of the products we sell, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
