Ingredients: *Green tea, *chamomile, *carob, *natural flavor, *calendula petals, *safflower petals, *pineapple pieces, *apple pieces, *mango pieces, *rose hips, *hibiscus petals, *rose petals. *Organic Serve Hot or Iced For hot tea: Steep 1 rounded teaspoon of loose tea per 8 oz. freshly boiled water for 3 - 5 minutes.
