This pattern allows you to make a short coat with flipped collar, bubble peplum, and flower sleeves.  This pattern fits sizes 6 to 12. After purchase, you will recieve a download via email.  Please print the entire document full size (100%) on letter size (8.5 x 11) paper, then tape together until it looks like the image on the cover sheet.
