We are proud to offer American-made whiskey from our sister distillery, FEW Spirits, in Evanston Illinois. A grain-to-grass distillery since 2011, FEW Spirits produces award-winning craft whiskey with an ethos that mirrors Bluecoat's - a paradigm breaking mindset to craft a spirit that rivals the Goliath of Kentucky whiskey.  FEW American Straight Whiskey starts with hand-selecting a diverse and strong backbone for the award-winning bourbon and rye, then incorporates unexpected notes from a rich, yet balanced malt whiskey that has been imbued with cherrywood smoke. Approachable entry with graham cracker/honey on top, and a savory rye spice below. Some tart cherry in the middle. A wisp of smoke rounds our the texture. Subtle white pepper and honey finish.
