Crispy Cinnamon Doughnut Pancake Mix

 A recipe so good you'll want to make every single weekend! Feel free to add fruits or chocolate but our secret is the included bag of cinnamon sugar to create a doughnut like pancake coating.... and it's epic!   Makes 8 large pancakes or 12-16 smaller pancakes. Unbleached Flour (Niacin, Reduced Iron, Thiamin, Riboflavin,Folate), Sugar, Baking Powder (Sodium Bicarbonate, Corn Starch, Monocalcium Phosphate), Salt. Cinnamon Sugar packet: Granulated Sugar, Cinnamon. You will need: 2 cups of buttermilk  2 tbsp vegetable oil  2 eggs  6 tbsp vegetable oil  4 tbsp unsalted butter for frying
