Apricot Tree 'Goldcot Dwarf'

Grow Apricots at home! The fruit matures to about 3" in diameter. Fruit ripens in July on a vertically growing tree that will mature to around 10' tall with some pruning.  This tree variety is self-fertile, but will produce higher yields if planted within 18' of another apricot tree variety. Tree flowers in spring with beautiful pink flowers that your pollinators will flock to. Plant your Apricot tree in a sunny spot in average soil. This dwarf variety will not need heavy pruning, but some pruning is necessary to bring sunlight to lower limbs. Be sure to water heavily its first year to  establish strong roots.
