General Annual Panel

Include: 1. Complete Blood Count (CBC): To determine general health status. To screen for, diagnose, or monitor a variety of diseases and conditions that affect blood cells, such as anemia, infection, inflammation, bleeding disorder, or cancer.   2. Complete Metabolic Panel (CMP): To assess the status of kidneys, liver, electrolyte, and acid/base balance, levels of blood glucose, and blood proteins. To monitor the treatment of kidney, liver, and other related conditions.   3. Lipid/Cholesterol Panel (Cholesterol, Triglycerides, LDL, HDL): To assess the level of fat components in the blood, elevation contributes to the risk of developing cardiovascular diseases. To monitor treatment.   4. Hemoglobin A1C (Diabetes Blood Test): To screen and identify those at risk of developing diabetes. People with known Diabetes use to monitor treatment.   5. Urinalysis: To screen for metabolic and kidney disorders, and for urinary tract infections (UTIs). 6. TSH- Thyroid Stimulating Hormone: For scr
