Among the AVES brushes you will find a parrot, an albatross, a duck and a swan. Brushes can be used for various applications including scraping away crumbs, cleaning vegetables or spreading sauces.  Wood of the brushes is FSC (Forest Stewardship Council) Certified beech wood and the bristles are natural fibers  Each brush features bristles of a different degree of firmness Brushes are: 3.2"x1.8"x1", 3.6"x1.8"x1", 3.6"x1.8"x1" and 3.7"x1.8"x1" / 8x4.5x2.5cm, 9x4.5x2.5cm, 9x4.5x2.5cm and 9.5x4.5x2.5cm Brushes are not dishwasher safe and should not be soaked in water for long periods  Brushes should be cleaned before initial use
