It has 6 white squares on the front where you can add pictures or designs by sublimation. You can also decorate the squares with HTV if you prefer. The front is white and black as shown, the back is ALL black. It is 100% polyester and takes sublimation beautifully. They hold a 12"x20" insert. Has a hidden zipper on the bottom for inserting your pillow (pillow insert NOT included). Please note that due to differences in computer screens the design color may appear slightly different than actual product.
