JDC Titanium Work Emotion Wheel Center Cap Plaques The JDC Titanium Work Emotion Wheel Center Cap Plaques are made to be a direct replacement for the factory center cap plaques on Work Emotion Center Caps. These solid titanium center cap plaques will add an additional eye-catching piece to your wheels and go perfectly with a set of our titanium lug nuts and valve stem caps! Each piece is laser cut and CNC finished from a single piece of 6AL-4V Grade 5 Titanium and hand brushed before receiving our proprietary cold anodizing treatment for colors that will last for a lifetime! This logo is very small and not extremely noticeable, but we will not remove this logo since it is a unique piece we make and we want our logo to be visible.  Floating Center Upgrade: We have partnered with Visual Autowerks to allow you to take your wheels to the next level with a floating conversion. These caps will spin effortlessly, will remain level while parked and have a slight “floating” feature while driving, enhancing the overall appearance of your wheels.  This kit will only work with the FLAT TYPE Emotion caps. These will NOT work with the Low type. See photos for reference. There is approximately 15mm of components behind the center cap. You may need to measure to ensure your axle/axle nut will not interfere with the components causing the cap to be stuck. This kit will slightly push out the center cap emblem original location due to requiring the clearance behind the emblem to spin. These kits are 3D printed with ABS filament and use ball bearings for the spinning components. Never use a screwdriver or attempt to disassemble the components as it will damage and break the small parts.  What's in the box? Wheel Center Cap Plaque Select your quantity with the drop-down menu. Plaque housings are optional and can be added with the drop-down menu. About our titanium: CNC machined from a single piece of Ti6Al-4V (Grade 5) titanium. Installation Notes: The customer is responsible for removing the standard center cap plaques and installing the new JDC Titanium plaques, even for options with new center caps Removing the center caps from your wheels is recommended for an easier installation, but is not required. Using a heat gun or hair dryer to soften the adhesive will help make removing the standard center cap plaque easier. Make sure to clean any residue or adhesive that is left behind by the old center cap plaque before installing the new ones. We recommend using a thick automotive grade 3M mounting tape to hold these in place and make sure they are secure before driving the vehicle.  JDC is not responsible for lost center caps due to improper adhesion.
