The BD Howler kit utilizes a modified VGT style turbo that incorporates a fully functional exhaust brake while increasing overall power, performance and drivability. These turbo's feature an upgraded 64.5MM billet compressor wheel with a precisely matched 70MM turbine providing better throttle response with enough airflow to support up to 675HP. This turbo kit offers a complete bolt on installation with just about everything needed to install on the 2003-2007 5.9 Cummins.
